تُستخدم السّعرات الحراريّة لتحديد ما تحتويه الأطعمة من والمشروبات من طاقة ومقدار ما يستهلكه الجسم عند أدائه مختلف المهام اليوميّة. وفي حال تزويد الجسم بسعراتٍ حراريّة مرتفعة من دون أيّ تخطيطٍ أو حسابٍ للسعرات، يزيد خطر الإصابة بزيادة الوزن والسمنة المفرطة.

لذلك تعتمد الحميات الغذائيّة عموماً حساب عدد السعرات الحراريّة التي تدخل إلى الجسم بهدف التحكّم بها للسيطرة على الوزن.

يرتكز رجيم 500 سعرة حراريّة على تناول 500 سعرة يومياً والحرص على عدم تخطّي هذا الرّقم وحساب السّعرات في الأطعمة المتناولة بشكلٍ جيّد.

ويُعتبر هذا الدايت علاجاً فعّالاً للتخلّص من السّمنة المفرطة من دون أيّ تدخّلٍ جراحي.

أمّا في ما خصّ الكيلوغرامات التي يمكن لهذا الدايت أن يساعد الجسم على خسارتها، فهي تتراوح بين 4 إلى 6 كيلوغرامات أسبوعيّاً.

لا بدّ من التركيز على أطعمةٍ معيّنة في الوجبات الأساسيّة، واتّباع برنامج دايت 500 سعرة حراريّة بشكلٍ جدّي. نعدّد في ما يلي الأطعمة التي يمكن إدخالها ضمن البرنامج الغذائيّ الخاص بهذا الدايت:

– وجبة الفطور:

يمكن أن تتضمّن هذه الوجبة الصباحيّة شريحة من نوع جبنة قليلة الدسم، ربع رغيفٍ من الخبز، الخضار لا سيّما الطماطم والخيار وكوب من القهوة أو الشاي من دون سكّرٍ مضاف.

– وجبة الغداء:

من الأطعمة التي يمكن تناولها في وجبة الغداء والتي تُعتبر مناسبة لدايت 500 سعرة حراريّة، صدر دجاج أو شريحة لحم مشويّة أو قطعمة من السّمك المشويّ أو المسلوق.

ويمكن تناول طبقٍ من السّلطة الخضراء إلى جانب الدّجاج أو اللحم أو السّمك، مع رغيفٍ من الخبز.

– وجبة العشاء:

لأنّ وجبة العشاء المسائيّة تسبق الخلود إلى النّوم، يُنصح بأن تكون خفيفة. لذلك، يمكن تناول كوب من اللبن قليل الدّسم مع كوب من القهوة أو الشاي من دون أيّ سكّرٍ مضاف.

يُنصح باستشارة الطّبيب وأخصائي تغذية قبل اعتماد أيّ رجيمٍ غذائيّ لإنقاص الوزن، بهدف الوصول إلى نتائج مثاليّة وتفادي أيّ مضاعفاتٍ صحّية يمكن أن تنتج بسبب فقدان الجسم لعناصر غذائيّة معيّنة.
