تحت رعاية مدير جامعة الكويت بالإنابة د.بدر البديوي نظم مركز التدريب الهندسي والخريجين ملتقى تكريم شركاء التدريب، وذلك بمسرح كلية الهندسة والبترول في مدينة صباح السالم الجامعية (الشدادية).
في البداية، أعرب مدير جامعة الكويت بالإنابة أ.د.بدر البديوي عن شكره للقائمين على هذه الفعالية، كما تقدم بالشكر للقطاعات الخاصة والقطاعات الحكومية والقطاع النفطي لدعمهم لطلبة كلية الهندسة والبترول في مشاريعهم وأبحاثهم، مشيرا إلى أن هذه الفعالية تؤكد على الشراكة المجتمعية ما بين القطاعات المختلفة في الكويت وجامعة الكويت، كما تؤكد الحرص على دعم جيل المستقبل لطلبة الكويت من الشباب نحو تحقيق رؤية الكويت 2035.
وذكر أ.د.البديوي ان هذا التعاون بين جامعة الكويت ومؤسسات الدولة ما هو إلا دليل حرص من جميع قطاعات الدولة للمشاركة في عجلة التنمية والمتمثلة في بناء الإنسان الكويتي المسلح بالعلم والمعرفة والمهام، مشيرا إلى أن العلاقة ما بين جامعة الكويت كمؤسسة تعليمية وما بين قطاعات الدولة المختلفة يجب أن تقوم على أسس متينة يتم الاستثمار فيها، آملا أن يتم الاستثمار بهذه الشراكات المجتمعية مع مختلف القطاعات في المستقبل نحو تحقيق المزيد من الإنجازات والتطورات في الجامعة، مضيفا أنه بالنسبة لخريج جامعة الكويت سواء كان من كلية الهندسة والبترول على وجه الخصوص أو من الكليات الأخرى، يجب أن يكون خريجا قادرا على المشاركة في البناء والتنمية ولديه من المهارات التي تمكنه من المنافسة، متمنيا التوفيق للجميع.
من جانبه، ذكر القائم بأعمال عميد كلية الهندسة والبترول د.أسامة العمير أن هذا الملتقى يأتي لتقديم الشكر للشركات والمؤسسات التي دعمت التدريب الميداني للطلبة خلال الفترة السابقة، مضيفا أن جميع مخرجات التعليم لابد أن يكون لها تأهيل لسوق العمل، فجهود كل الشركات والمؤسسات المبذولة ساهمت في سد الفجوة ما بين مخرجات التعليم وسوق العمل، متوجها بالشكر والتقدير للمجهود الواضح الذي بذلوه مما يصب في مصلحة طلبة كلية الهندسة والبترول، لافتا إلى أن عملية التدريب ستستمر بإذن الله وأن هناك لقاءات أخرى في هذا المجال.
بدوره، أشار مدير مركز التدريب الهندسي والخريجين بكلية الهندسة والبترول دعیج الركیبي الى أن ملتقى التكريم لشركاء التدريب ملتزم بكامل الاشتراطات الصحية من قبل وزارة الصحة كذلك الاشتراطات الخاصة في السلامة لمنتسبي جامعة الكويت، مبينا أن الهدف من وضع استراتيجية لمركز التدريب الهندسي والخريجين هو التأهيل والتدريب الهندسي المتميز، وتقديم المشاريع من خلال سعي المركز إلى ترسيخ أسس التعاون لرفع كفاءة طالب الهندسة والبترول بالبرنامج التدريبي الميداني من خلال شراكة استراتيجية مع جهات متميزة، وتقديم الفرص لإبراز مهارات ومشاريع واختراعات الطلبة بالإضافة إلى أن تكون حلقة اتصال ما بين الكلية وخريجيها المتميزين، لافتا إلى أن عدد شركاء التدريب قد بلغ 34 شريكا تدريبيا لتدريب طلبة كلية الهندسة والبترول، مضيفا ان احتفال ملتقى التكريم اليوم مع مرور 30 عاما من التميز لمركز التدريب الهندسي والخريجين كان نتاج جهود وبناء من تعاقبوا على إدارة المركز المتمثلين بـ 15 مديرا من سنة 1991 إلى 2021.
وأوضح د.الركيبي القيم الذي يحرص عليها مركز التدريب الهندسي وهي الجودة والعمل كفريق والاحترافية والتوثيق والتجدد المستمر وأيضا الكفاءة، متقدما بالشكر للجميع ولمدير جامعة الكويت بالإنابة أ.د.بدر البدیوي على إتاحة تنظيم هذا الملتقى، ولجميع الحضور وعلى رأسهم أمين عام الجامعة بالإنابة وأعضاء هيئة التدريس والمهندسين من جهات التدريب الميداني المعتمدة.
